swap ground wire for #10 cu str thhn, remove #8 insulated green solid (this wire is hard to get and super expensive and is only for bonding pool equipment, do not install this type of wire in conduit again)

Mount 2 coach lights, 1 – 2 gang decora 4 square RS cover/hook up switches

Install panel cover, exchange GFI breaker for 1 pole 20 amp breaker and install GFI receptacle at homerun. (receptacle is a 1/4 of the cost of a breaker.

Run A&B phase out of disconnect to panel, ground disconnect, run UFER ground sleeved in schedule 80 1/2″ PVC up through bonding bridge and ground disconnect with chair lug.

Land 2 pipes at disconnect into J box, label panel, mount 6 – 4′ LED fixtures left to right per homeowner. (does not want front to back)

Check for attic light, Straighten chase plate in ceiling for GDO motor wires, Hot check.
