Take vinyl post from shop next to front man door. Mount disconnect on it at well and tie in to temporary. Leave loop of wire long enough buried in ground at T Pole to extend to permanent service so we don’t have to junction it later.

2 pole 20 amp breaker already in T Pole

Materials on job site (you will need 1/2″ carflex) Drop down to #12 wire from disconnect to pump. Leave #8 neutral capped off in disconnect in case we need it for a softner or something else out there.
