Remove pipe and wire installed by others around sport court feeding poles.

Save wire, they want it back???

Install new conduit at proper depth and repull wire and tie in to poles.

I may be able to get the walk behind trencher going and use it if you think  it won’t cave in too bad after pulling out other conduit…
