Time and Materials

Add 4 – 4″ recess cans with open step baffle trims (owner supplying lamps)

Upgrade existing fixture junction to paddle fan rated (add-a-brace kit)

Hang paddle fan

Add flood light junction

Add closet light (canless) and switch

Troubleshoot doorbell

2 different bedrooms have flickering lights (possible switches not opening all the way allowing bleed over voltage)
