Coach lights and switch install (in laundry room frame adjacent to existing switch, not in same box).

Match the height on neighbor’s house.

DO NOT hammerdrill through block wall and cause a stucco or finish block blow out. (ok to hammerdrill a little bit of it, but the final few inches needs to be non-hammer)
