Pull wire and change over as low as possible to flex with a 90 degree connector and leave whip long enough to go back in the cabinet out of the way of the middle of floor or drawers.

Should be two circuits, microwave and small appliance. (was a dishwasher but they moved it somewhere else in the kitchen)
