If you have questions get with Vilmos he knows what needs to be done to complete. Pretty sure first three buildings (6 units) + Unit 8 are 100%. Just need to wrap up the last three units. If flooring people are in the way everywhere get with me and I’ll give you another job we can go to.

Disston – Duplexes to do list:

Units 1 – 6 and 8 are all completed (accept install a jumper for the WH when it is installed and install a pig tale for the dishwasher and disposal.

– Unit 4 meter socket needs to have a grounding lug installed, the #4 cu is not long enough.

– Unit 7 island receptacle needs to be wired. End of peninsula receptacle needs to be cut in. Dishwasher/disposal recepts need to be moved behind dishwasher to under sink.

– Unit 9 needs to have outside trimmed out including A/C disconnect, security lights. Island receptacle needs to be wired. End of peninsula recepts need to be cut in.

– panel legend needs to be verified.

– Unit 10 needs to have outside trimmed out including A/C disconnect, security lights. Island receptacle needs to be wired. End of peninsula recepts need to be cut in.

– some breakers are missing. All parts are in unit 8 and shop.

Note: the may be doing the floor self leveling in unit 8, 9, 10 on the first few days of next week.
