Panel needs to be labeled, exterior outlets needed between A/C and pool equipment, Label Air Handler on second floor, A/C 3 needs to be 25 amp breaker, All plates need to be installed, Install LED tape lighting and power supplies, double check and make sure nothing else is not done i.e. tankless water heater you mentioned
