We are mostly waiting on items from Haifa to complete. But there’s a couple more things to finish including running a missing power in to the smoke detectors.

Climenhaga update 2/14:

• 1 light in kitchen flickering (need to pickup new recess trims)
• Need 4 9V batteries for fan remotes (need from builder)
• Install glass/bulbs for bathrooms (not delivered), will need for final
• Install bulbs for 2 Coach lights (need from builder)
• Pickup final panel schedule from shop and post
• Plug in lights in garage not installed (not delivered yet)
• Power in missed for smoke detectors (could pull power from unused red wire from 14-3 to fan)
• Need 1g plastic cut-in box for recep install in bedroom (wire already ran)

Per Garett;

The lightbulbs and plug-in garage lights are already installed. The owner must have put them in. He mentioned that there’s a 9V battery there, so they can test the fan remote. He’s going to get more batteries from Amazon they get delivered tomorrow. Additionally, the AC guy mentioned that the fan in the bedroom on the left side of the house shocked him when he went to install the trim. I was going to have you guys look at it.
