Set pull box, get spec from Josh C., it is very precise how they want it from the pole. You should be fine on top of our conduits. Then we have to pull mule tape through and leave it. So make sure you have jetline and mule tape. Finish wiring meter to panels. Make sure you have 4/0 AL XHHW. Should be plenty to do those two panels.
