Template is gone, you’ll have to measure for the holes you need to drill for the bolts, cord etc., the ones drilled are wrong.

Change screws out in back plate and use the ones it comes with and make sure they are in studs. No stud use large toggle bolts that it comes with.

Hot Check house and make punch list. Order Materials if any are needed.
