Microwave wouldn’t turn off, started popping and burned out. Homeowner purchased new microwave and installed it, new microwave would not turn off and started popping. Homeowner has to keep the breaker off to keep the microwave off. Has now started losing power to different areas of home from fridge to random receptacles.
