I saw the 10/3 MC cable but it wasn’t marked (whole roll)

Assuming the rest of what you ordered you have or is in the warehouse.

Ready to finish shed work when you are. Need a couple add ons….

1)Receptacle above washer/dryer for plug in shop light

2)Same over workbench which is at window next to breaker panel.

3)Wire run to SW and SE corner for motion detection lights.

Plus all the work you already knew about.
