Make sure we have the water heater written as a change order

We have to add a second panel in the laundry room to support the water heater, its 100 amps on its on. So you’ll need to run at least a #1 al xhhw SER cable out to the service where it can get in the meter main combo.

The panel will be at the shop, the SER cable has to be ordered.
