Per site visit to include the following;
o Add 2 – 20a/125v circuits to SqD QO panel (circuits A and B)
o Add quad receptacle left of panel
▪ 1 duplex GFI on dedicated circuit A
▪ 1 duplex GFI on circuit B
o Add duplex WP receptacle at left side of garage exterior, exposed conduit down interior of
block wall (circuit B)
o Add duplex receptacle at right side of garage interior, exposed conduit down interior of block
wall (circuit B)
