Time and materials

I like the idea of relocating one of the heads off the row that they are not concerned about reenergizing.

Take a minute and pull what you can from the shop and write everything down that you pull for billing purposes.

If there is anything mission critical for the day that you don’t find in the shop, stop and pick that up.

Have everything else delivered to the job site for Tuesday.

Coordinate with Josh C. when you would like the boom lift brought out to relocate the head and install the LED retrofit lamps. I’m sure it won’t be until you can get the lamps. Also consider an evaluation of the wiring inside the poles since the other wiring you found was in such bad shape. The system is very old and those wire could have deteriorated also.
