We are slabbing from service panel outside of new bldg into frame wall common to stairs and garage on 1st floor. We won’t be able to get back there easily later, take at least 4 – 1″ conduits in from exterior panel to frame wall if it makes sense and lines up with above. We are going to make it into an apartment later down the road.

We also need a 1 1/2″ service conduit from the new bldg to the existing panel near the irrigation and stuff there just short of the big service panel. There is irrigation and other stuff in there, fence, gate and what not. We will have to hand dig it in. If you see Keith or Chris Gunn see if they approved the 1″ low volt conduit chase to also go in with the service conduit, separated by some dirt.
