Vacant home. Issue is the power bill is super high. Already spoke with Duke and they said everything is fine on their end. Possibly someone is using the outlets on the outside of the home.

Check A/C amperage and compare to data plate, check parasitic loads at feeders with amprobe, maybe something in the system is drawing.
