Install mid wall receptacle for TV, install a recessed mount receptacle (clock receptacle, call Josh and have him bring whatever you may need to do this job to you while you are at Palmer so you can arrive prepared)

Adjust length of hanging fixture, possibly install 2 fans if they are prewired.

$95 per/hr + materials (after 4 hrs rate drops to $65 per hour for each additional hour)
