Clean up existing electric (delete the old plastic boxes and romex and see if you can eliminate the up high junction boxes.)
Rerough as is same number of receps and switches. 1 LED low bay fixture for each office and then four more out in open area.
You’ll need 12 – 4” square boxes with same amount of single gang 1/2” raised mudrings, some 4”square blanks, 12/2 MC cable, fittings, straps and anything else related to roughing in receptacles, switches and lights.
