Electric room exterior door back of building can be accessed with a screwdriver. Thats how they let me in. Power appears to leave the panel, go through the contactor box with out being on the contactor, then down and out to the sign by the road. Sign is not working.

Budget includes replacing a photocell, or all the wiring from inside to out. If something in the sign is out we will need discuss.
