Remove sign post in median, installed in wrong community by mistake.

Leave power and junction box in place and electrically safe.

Then go back to correct location and trace out how well pump gets feed, possibly from fountain power panel. Need to see if there is a neutral there if not what would it take to get one there.

Then we need to trace where the chases are under the road to see if we can get a receptacle in the island.
