Use his materials as much as possible, use our materials where required. Write a big ticket and keep track of our materials and labor.

If he doesn’t agree to do the dock work, remove our materials like we are never coming back. We will have something else lined up. He won’t let us know his decision until in the morning. Talk nice to him and smooth out his feelings so we can do the work, we need it.
