Time and Materials
Rewire island, drop j box down flat and flush with floor of cabinet, MC cable, 2 old metal work boxes, f clips, 1 – pole 20 amp GFI breaker for circuit
Clock receptacle 20 amp for refrigerator
What can be done with the recess hanging out of the ceiling?
Shower recess need to finish
Someone will have to faux finish metal blanks at sconces then hang fixtures to plates (talked with painter on this and they are working on it)
