1. Ceiling fan in bedroom 3 will not come on.
2. When coming in to a room, the first switch should be for lights, the second for fans and so on.
3. The tape lighting in the library bookshelves operates intermittently.
4. All crooked switch plates and outlet covers must be level just like in the model.
