Set regular underground T Pole at pad mount transformer just like normal even though it is SECO

Make sure it is right side favoring the rear of transformer, WR GFI receps, extra duty in use covers, WP KO seals, breaker blanks, all receps GFI connected or wire nutted off, one ground rod in the county, two ground rods in the City, whip needs to be plenty long enough to reach in the transformer with slack to spare. SECO is very picky.
