Water heater needs to be connected.

Materials needed for that and water heater are a single gang plate with knockout, some 10/2 or #10 THHN to go to the water heater, 2 single gang old work boxes, 2 duplex receps, and 2 duplex cover plates. Greenfield and connectors are already there.
