Unit 102 – 2 batteries
Need to know if the batteries just need replacement or if whole unit replacement required. Take pictures of batteries so we can order the correct kind

they want to replace batteries first to save the expense of replacement of entire fixture. If any are so bad the fixture needs replacment then that is what we should write up.
