EMT pipe storm shelter
From feed at header above stairs as you go in to shelter portion, down to switch, up to light, and back to receptacle left rear corner. Provide switch in same area and receptacle and reverse out switch leg to control exterior exhaust fan. Fan switch leg stubbed in same area as power for shelter.
