Time and Materials

We need to complete all work on this site by Wednesday, the owners are moving in Thursday done or not.

The builder called me on a Sunday afternoon to let me know that the productivity was not adequate on Friday in Ryan’s absence. I would like a evaluation of the work completed and if it doesn’t add up then we need to find out why. If there is questions or an inability to figure out what to do we need to instill the need to call or pack up for the day.

The time and materials jobs are heavily scrutinized and we must produce the entire time we are on site. We are always being watched.
