Billable Exterior lights coming on well after dark, most likely timer needs adjusting to new time change. 1/2 hour before sunset, 1/2 hour after sunrise. $95 per/hr + materials 240.856.3344 (shouldn't need to call these people are in Maryland and haven't ever been to the property that I know of) 7:00am
