Time and Materials Per Sam; come out to the shop and replace the bulbs and light repairs on the building. 11-1:00pm

Re-secure outside fixture to wall $145/h + material 16’ will need extension ladder (Anytime during the day it makes sense, can even be on way home)

Ste C 2 - 8’ skinny lamps out Ste A Ballast needs replaced $145/h + material 7-8am
